Through Profibre’s vast experience and our use of modern day rapid prototype tooling concepts, Profibre is able to design and produce diverse industrial parts for a variety of customers in various application environments, ranging from low- to high-volume production. The use of 3D modelling ensures dimensional accuracy of the parts to design specification, and our extensive experience and trained operators ensure quality finishes can be achieved. A typical example of high quality diverse industrial parts is found at Durban’s new international airport (King Shaka Airport) where a quality finish and consistency were required on over 600 exposed roof eave panels.
